A full outdoor gym that arrives as a standard ISO CONEX box.
Each RallyFit™ locker starts as a standard ISO container. We then custom fabricate the interior and exterior racking and finish with a functional fitness rig that mounts to the Conex box via our U.S. Patent No. US12415124B2, a corner-cast mounting design that requires no drilling or anchoring into the sidewalls, the weakest point of the container. The interior racking holds the fitness equipment kit and accessories. The locker itself does not need to be anchored to the ground. Just roll it in, install the rig, work out, and lock the doors when you leave.

More working face than the Quadcon, without jumping to a 10' or 20' box. Extra pull-up spots and climb frames still fit a tight lot and a standard Tricon move.
10' Bicon10' Bicon
A longer wall of stations, so squat and pull-up work can run at the same time. A solid fit for company PT, campus rec, or a city wellness pad that is not ready for a full 20' box.
20' Standard20' Standard
The everyday group locker. Enough exterior stations for a large class, and enough interior cube for lots of plates, bars, bags, and a few cardio pieces. Sits cleanly under a 40×40 Ground to Ground Shade Pro, or as one wall of a two-locker cover.
40' Standard or High Cube40' Standard or High Cube
The largest RallyFit™ locker. Order standard height or high cube when you want extra vertical storage or easier interior access. Built for battalions, universities, and large campuses, and sized to hold up a 40-class Shade Pro span.

Shade Pro is RallyFit™’s open-end fabric cover. It spans locker to locker or locker to grade, so the working deck stays shaded and drier. The result is fewer washed-out sessions and gear that lasts longer in the sun.

The 20×20 cover shades about 400 square feet of deck. The 40×40 covers about 1,600. Wider or longer custom frames can run over several lockers or a testing lane.

- Covered deck typically runs about 10–15°F cooler than open pavement.
- Base engineering target: 25 lb snow and 125 mph wind, then stamped to local code.
- Galvanized steel frame with a fire-rated PVC roof that resists tearing, or a metal panel roof.
- Steel and fabric carry a 10-year class warranty. Service life is commonly 20 years and up.
- Optional outdoor flooring, lifting platforms, lights, and unit marks.

Tied to the boxes you already have, or to new boxes
Fix Shade Pro to new or existing RallyFit™ lockers, to block anchors, or to grade. Typical layouts are 20-to-20 and 40-to-40, or a container on one side and the ground on the other.

Heat, glare, and rain take fewer days off the schedule. The same cover keeps rubber, bars, and staged electronics out of direct weather.
